Celebrating 9 years of welcoming visitors to our studios and homes.

Peterborough and the surrounding area is home to a large number of talented creative artists and craft makers producing a variety of interesting work from painting to printing: jewellery to recycled paper art; spinning to stone carving and so much more.

The Open Studios event gives an excellent opportunity for you to visit artists’ studios and homes, meet and talk with the artists, experience the way we work at first hand and see our work displayed how we wish it to be seen in our own surroundings, so why not enjoy a day out in Peterborough visiting the studios, homes and gardens of local artists. This year you will find 26 separate exhibitions in the Peterborough area showcasing the work of over 40 artists, intimate small gallery type spaces in our homes, work in progress in many of our studios and many beautiful gardens to explore and possibly take some light refreshment in (not all venues)…..it’s all virtually on your doorstep waiting to be discovered. Look out for the red banner outside each venue.

Peterborough Artist's Open Studios is one of the biggest art and cultural events in the city so don’t be shy, come and visit us, we look forward to seeing you. We would also like to take this opportunity to thank all those that have helped to make this event a continued success.
