Harmony Arts is a group of artists living in Peterborough and the surrounding area. Some of the group are relatively new to art whilst others have been producing creative work for many years. This is the first time the group has come together and exhibited in Peterborough. Harmony Arts create exciting and vibrant artwork, some of which is an expression of thoughts and feelings based upon life experiences The group takes inspiration from life and everyday happenings. Their styles vary from traditional to modern and their work explores both 2D and 3D designs. Their work is intended to provoke thought and motivate questions. The group encourage observers to examine, contemplate and reflect upon what at first glance can seem simple and clearly defined. However, to truly understand the nature of each piece and appreciate its value often requires further exploration beyond the initial surface of the artists’ chosen medium.
